We have been in the property business for some years now. We’ve let through agents and as our portfolio has grown, we’ve decided to deal direct with our tenants and prospective tenants.
We like to maintain high standards in all of our properties. To that end, we guarantee that:
- Our properties are regularly maintained to our very high standards
- Shared grounds and gardens are well kept
- Boundary walls and fences are kept in good repair
- Our Emergency Call-out teams respond quickly
- We listen to any suggestions from tenants.
